Amorolfine Drug Information

Medication Information: Amorolfine is used to treat fungal infections of the nails. Nail fungal infections may be caused by fungal skin infections. These infections cause the nails to thicken and change color and become painful. Although a course of antiviral pills is required to treat fungal infections, others can be treated with antifungal ointments. These medications are suitable if the infection is on the fingertips.

Amorolfine is used for treatment in adults, it can be obtained with or without a prescription from pharmacies. It takes six months to treat a hand infection and a year for toenail infection
